An increasing number of consumers shop both in online stores and in traditional stores. Consumers require ease of shopping regardless of where the decision to buy and the actual payment are made. A seamless and unified experience is in the interest of the consumer whether shopping in the vendor’s online store or traditional store. Resurs Bank Ab and Maksuturva Group Ltd have taken it as their mission to solve the challenges in multichannel retailing and commenced a close co-operation within Nordic consumer trade. The first one to make use of the new omnichannel solution is Bauhaus Finland in their department stores and online store www.bauhaus.fi.

Many consumers appreciate the opportunity to choose invoice or part payment as a payment method in web stores. Resurs Bank offers consumers the same shopping experience through unified multichannel payments. This means that the same invoice, part payment and customer account can be used both online and in physical stores. The Resurs Bank store card can also be attached to the customer account.
